Joy - No condemnation
One mistake I made throughout my experiment in joy was to think it was somehow up to me to make joy happen.
For the good of the child
Family therapy centres such as Toronto's Institute of Family Living get many referrals of children and adolescents from clergy, doctors, schools, social workers, and parents.
Vision 3
I mentioned last week that I received, at my recent inauguration, three pictures of about 400 of the children in our church.
Mac's story

Joy - Just sitting
Have you heard the Lord your God rejoicing over you? Have you heard Him tell you how wonderful you are, how highly He esteems you?
Money matters - year end concerns
Giving money to a church, Christian work or other charity usually requires trust. You are trusting that the gift be used for the designated purpose.
Children, Family and Stress
Children do indeed experience stress and stress-related illnesses and emotional melt-downs.
Falling in love with Jesus
I never liked myself. I was jealous, insecure and angry. At the age of 24, I had been abusing drugs and alcohol for almost half my life.

It's Payback
A friend of mine told me a story a while ago that illustrated the meaning of Christmas to me. He's about my age so his reflection hit home.
Food & love . . .?
. . . they have more in common than you might think. pizza, potato chips, pop -- perfect party menu, right? wrong!
