Christian Info Society is a registered non-profit Canadian Christian ministry, headquartered near Vancouver, British Columbia. The ministry of Christian Info Society is to promote and encourage Christian communication, cooperation and connectedness among churches and Christian organizations and to provide a Christian information service through appropriate media.

Our Focus is both in the local community and the national community.

Locally- We publish BC Christian News, with monthly feature supplements, distributed throughout the southern mainland of BC, centred in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland.

The board of CIS is in the midst of a due diligence process regarding the development of a Christian newspaper in southern Ontario centred in the Greater Toronto Area, with potential split run editions in Ottawa and Hamilton.

Nationally- We publish the Christian Higher Education Magazine, Mission Fields, a magazine of Christian Mission and provincial Christian Resource book Directories.

In addition we operate two websites;

www.CanadianChristianity.com, a Canadian Christian community site updated weekly with provincial portals and a directory of churches and Christian organizations across Canada.

CIS also operates Canadian Christian Media Group (CCMG). Similar to an agency, CCMG places ads in Christian Community newspapers on behalf of national Christian organizations. We can develop the ad or send out clients' camera ready ads. We also offer centralized billing so that clients only deal with one payable.

-Future possibilities include regional Christian newspapers in major cities across Canada utilizing shared national and international content. The development of Christian community magazines, Women, Men, Youth, Leadership are some possiblities that have been discussed.
