Assists Projects carries out charitable programs around the world, utilizing a flexible administration system.

Donors, as well as the Canadian government, demand high levels of accountability from non-profit organizations - and reasonable cost levels in their operations.

Since 1993, Assists Projects has been registered as a not-for-profit corporation under the laws of Ontario, and is a charity registered with Revenue Canada.

Through a contractual agreement, each mission project or relief program is operated by its own supervisor and team of workers, under the umbrella of the Assists Projects charter.

The contractual agreement approach allows people to work in an economical manner, as there is no further need for registration.
