Christians disagree on how to respond to Vancouver Olympics

Comments

David Wells has wisdom.
Jesus did a whole lot of things in a whole "big bad world of both his ethnic group as well as the Romans who were "in charge" of the nation and it's happenings.
We let Christ Himself live His resurrection, indwelling Life in and through us and we'll be addressing the issues of the heart and sharing His Life through us to those in need whether the rich or poor. We're all "rich or poor" compared to someone else.
This is narrow mindedness to say we support extravagant wealth as a SIN.
Let's keep our eyes on Jesus the Author and Perfecter of our faith instead of thinking we'll make an impact in some humanly strategic way.
Get involved in as many lives as God by His Holy Spirit leads us/you and LET Him live! Others will see HIm and some will come to believe in Him and be "saved" too!
It's about Christ, whether it's Olympics or not Olympics.
Keep the focus and faith in HIm.
