THE FIGHT against human trafficking has made some progress in recent weeks.

40 Days for Life wraps up in seven cities
AS 40 Days for Life campaigns across Canada drew to a close November 1, representatives in Winnipeg reported that as many as 15 babies' lives may have been saved.

Anti-poverty resolution passes House of Commons
THE House of Commons passed a resolution to eliminate child poverty November 24, calling on the federal government to develop "an immediate plan to eliminate poverty in Canada for all."
