Last year, we took a step of faith. We gathered together with a dozen denominations and ministry organizations, and set out with a vision of creating a truly cross-denominational youth workers event which was authentically Canadian.

We had no idea how much God would bless that vision, and how powerfully people would respond to the first CYWC.

Our vision, however, was too small. Every one of those denominations and ministry organizations affirmed a passionate desire to be part of a second event, this year – and voted to move the CYWC to Toronto.

So this winter, that’s where we’ll be – continuing this wild and crazy ride of blessing from God, and enjoying the support of a growing list of denominations and youth ministry organizations.

We have a deep sense that this year’s CYWC will be another stake-in-the-ground milestone for Canadian youth ministry. We know God will meet us here, and we are almost giddy with excitement about our time together. We hope you’ll join with us.

New this year: Follow a seminar track! Meet new friends, and others you want to hang out with, during CYWC.

Also new this year: Affinity Groups and seminars for young adult pastors and university/ college workers. Make CYWC a time for learning and growing, with relevant, practical seminars.

Join the CYWC social network, and get connected to other people headed to CYWC – before you even get there! Find other people you know, set up meetings and much more.

Sign up for an Affinity Group before CYWC and start connecting online beforehand. Have dinner together on Friday evening, and spend time together on Saturday discussing issues related to your area of youth ministry.
