Does your church need godly male leaders? Battalion might be your answer. For more than 70 years, Battalion has been producing godly leaders for local churches, missionary organizations, Bible colleges, business and government.

Battalion is a discipleship-centred program where Christian men build personal relationships with teen guys, ages 12 to 18 years, discipling them to become effective Christian men and leaders. The participants are regularly challenged to apply the word of God to all areas of their lives.

This action-packed ministry meets the needs of active teenage boys, as they share experiences in peer group leadership through weekly meetings, service projects and outings – helping them to become leaders by leading.

A key element of Battalion is its personal development component. The Achievement program provides each young man with opportunities to grow socially, mentally, physically and spiritually, through doing challenging things – which also provide times for them to be discipled by one of their leaders.
