Island LIFE Discipleship Centre (ILDC) seeks to provide a close-knit community – with an intense focus on God’s word, missions and learning to follow Christ in all areas of life.

ILDC couples studies with practical ministry.  Students spend time in worship, prayer, Bible study, ministry, outreach, outdoor activities and one-on-one discipleship. They also participate in weekend seminars, conferences and intensives, in which guest instructors share in their fields of expertise.

We endeavour to direct students toward knowing God, and making him known. The more we can put our focus on him, the more our lives are changed from the inside out; it can make a world of difference. And since we believe in leading through relationship, students work alongside spiritually mature teachers and mentors, who are available to help them walk through life’s difficult issues.

Whether students are planning to go on to further post-secondary training toward a career in the market place or in ministry, ILDC is a great place to develop a firm foundation – which will guide them throughout life.

ILDC offers one-year Discipleship and two-year Leadership programs. An Internship program is available as a third-year option, or for transfer or mature students pursuing ministry.  

ILDC is affiliated with Pacific Life Bible College as a LIFEline institute; and all credited courses can be transferred.
