TWU Summer Sessions
Langley, BC
Make Trinity Western University your destination this summer! Whether you're at our Langley campus or anywhere else in the world, TWU courses are available to you - even in your own home.
Summer - time to relax and rest . . . and a time to learn and grow. That's what Summer Sessions at Trinity Western University are all about. Through a mix of courses, retreats and travel studies, you can expand your leadership skills, delve into intriguing subjects and enliven your vocation.
Or join others like Debbie Low, a visiting student who transferred her courses back to the institution where she was completing her degree. She writes:
"I chose to study during the summer because of the flexibility of the courses. I was able to complete two semesters of Spanish in six weeks! The retreat courses were also a great option. Best of all, because the courses were not four months long, I had time left throughout the summer to work, relax and prepare for the coming fall semester."
Summer Sessions give you the opportunity to supplement your degree with courses taught from a Christian worldview. Whether you want to take a course for university credit - or just for personal interest - TWU courses are accessible to you.
TWU offers you a variety of learning formats:
Join us at camp, August 31 - September 5. You'll earn university credits before the fall semester begins. Choose one of five courses offered, and enjoy learning by the shores of beautiful Lake Okanagan and building friendships with professors and peers. This camp experience includes skiing, wakeboarding and tubing behind Green Bay's Mastercraft competition boats.
When do you get a chance to go on a missions trip while taking university accredited courses? Participate in a four-week opportunity to live and travel in Guatemala. Study Western World Religions, or the Spanish language. Cost is tuition plus $1,040. Students are responsible for their own airfare.
