Our vision is to train and equip men and women to be
effective leaders in the body of Christ, the community, the nation and the
world.
We have a dynamic first-year program designed as a
discipleship program for everyone. It is solid and biblically based,
helping every believer grow in their faith and discover their destiny, no
matter what their long-range vocation is.
Our second-year program builds on this, taking the
process of ‘foundation-laying’ and
‘destiny-discovering’ deeper.

Our third and fourth years equip people for full-time
ministry as pastors, missionaries, worship leaders, evangelists and youth
pastors.
VBC also offers graduate programs in Theology and
Christian Counselling with Bachelor, Masters and Doctorate Degrees.
Ministry opportunities arise through weekly tours to
churches in Western Canada, and a year-end mission trip to Central America.
The college is a community; you build close
relationships with all your classmates, the staff and your teachers. We
care about you, and we want to see you develop and grow.
