PLBC’s 40-acre full-service campus is situated in a peaceful suburban setting, conveniently central to the many ministry and job opportunities of Greater Vancouver.

The first year of study at PLBC, known as LifeLaunch, is designed for young adults who want to build a firm foundation for their future – before making the big decisions of life: education, career path, marriage and ministry.

After two semesters of practical training, the students ‘take off’ for a month of life-changing overseas missions experience. The LifeLaunch program is fully transferable into the degree programs offered at PLBC.

The two-year tracks include Associate degrees in Theology, Music Ministry – and now, Youth Ministry. The Institute of Music Ministry (IMM) and Youth Ministry Institute (YMI) are leading the way, with cutting-edge courses and built-in internships.

The two-year programs can also transfer into the four-year degrees, a BA in Pastoral Leadership and BA in Church Ministries, offering majors in pastoral care, missions, youth ministry, music ministry and Christian education.

PLBC is also known for its Distance Education programs, available through personal correspondence and church institute classes.

PLBC is committed to being a college without walls – helping train leaders everywhere to make a world of difference!
