Ambrose is a Christian university college with a bold future vision – and roots in Alberta which go back as far as 1921.

Throughout our history, our goal has remained constant: to be a place where students can experience a truly meaningful time of growth and transformation.

One of our original presidents, Dr. Blackett, said it best: “We invest in young people because they will go where we cannot go, do what we cannot do, attain heights we have never reached – and continue to shine, long after our sun has set.”

Today, we are a degree-granting, provincially accredited centre of academic excellence – which weaves community life and spiritual formation into all programs.

Join us on our new campus, which features: a modern library that offers students online access to global resources, as well as more traditional reference sources; an Athletic / Performing Arts Centre which is a vibrant, active place – with a full-size gym, plus stage and sound system for both performances and chapel; a Music area with dedicated practice rooms and a music lab; and a residence, which is designed to foster a great community.

We are located in Calgary, Alberta and open our doors to more than 600 students every year.
