Students also have opportunities to grow through
service-learning experiences; learning communities within the residence
program; faculty-student clubs and organizations; and music and drama
productions. Taylor employs a professional career counsellor to assist
students, as they discern and explore their career interests.
Taylor University College fields varsity athletic
teams for men and women in volleyball, basketball and futsal (indoor
soccer). Intramural athletics teams and events are open to all
students, and include a diverse range of sports such as dodge ball, ice
hockey, floor hockey, ultimate Frisbee and three-on-three basketball.
Students participate in multiple leadership roles
within student government and campus organizations. At Taylor, we bring the
best of human understanding into engagement with the best theological
reflection – in order to develop Christ-minded leaders, who make a
difference in the world.
