HELPING local churches through  door-to-door initiatives is the purpose of Operation Mobilization’s ‘Challenge’ program. The Challenge is touted as an opportunity for Canadian Christians to model the love of God to people from every nation.

Participants learn how to approach unfamiliar belief systems, while exploring the rich variety of beliefs in their surrounding neighbourhoods.

“People are more open to considering missions when they can test out some of the dynamics within their familiar surroundings,” said pastor Mario Villanueva of Morningstar Christian Fellowship – which participated in the 2007 Toronto Challenge.

Challenges will take place in Toronto July 19 – August 3; and in Edmonton August 9 –16. Info: omcanada.org.
