Menno Place expanding

MENNO PLACE in Abbotsford, already one of the largest ‘campuses of care’ for seniors in B.C., is continuing to grow.
With the opening of its Primrose Gardens expansion in 2010, its capacity will
exceed 700 residents in three levels of care: Menno Hospital, Menno Home and
Menno Housing.
The complex is operated by the Mennonite Benevolent Society, which was founded
in 1953. In late 2009, the organization purchased the property of Ebenezer
Senior Home Society, a seniors’ home a couple of blocks away, which was closing down. The new property will
provide some options for future growth and redevelopment.
Further information is available on Menno Place’s new website: www.mennoplace.ca.
