DID YOU ever sit in a class, stand in front of a class, or send your kids to
class at Pacific Christian School (PCS)?
Or maybe Saanich Christian School? Or even Calvin Christian School back in the
day? If so, get ready to celebrate.
The PCS family invites you to circle May 14 and 15 on your calendar and join
them in Victoria for their Jubilee Homecoming.
There will also be other related events in the months leading up to the finale.
The homecoming begins May 14 with Grandparents Day in the morning, and an
all-school open house in the afternoon.
Friday evening features the Bright Hope Gala at Glad Tidings Church.
Organizers promise “a grand celebration with terrific music, people you know, pictures from the past
and a message from Ray Sutton, founding principal of the high school.”
On May 15, there will be an informal Family Picnic at the school – complete with baseball, amusements for the kids, class reunion venues, an Alumni
Art Show and more.
The theme for all this celebration – Bright Hope for Tomorrow – also forms the title of a full-colour, glossy, packed-with-pictures book to be
released in April.
