Brian Moss, originator of the Prayerbook Project, will be the moderator of an event being
held in both Vancouver and Seattle. Immeasurably More is aimed at enhancing the relationship between artists and the church.
On a recent edition of his blog, Moss writes:
You may recall that last December I wrote a blog post entitled ‘What does Constantinople have to do with Vancouver?’ I am happy to say that things have come together for two events that will help
answer this question.
Immeasurably More is an event about new models of church patronage of artists.
In other words: How can the church partner with artists in new and creative
ways?
Mako Fujimura (internationally renowned artist and founder of International Arts
Movement) will be speaking on the topic from his perspective as an artist and
collaborator.

Angie and Todd Fadel (masterminds behind Agents of Future, pastors at The Bridge
Christian Church in Portland and instigators behind Love is Concrete) will also
be leading in the event.
Dal Schindell (arts guru at Regent College) will be participating in Vancouver
only. And yours truly will have a few words to say at the Seattle event. There
will also be guest appearances from Shannon Newby (Vancouver artist), Bryan
Burton (Seattle pastor) and Jen Grabarczyk (Seattle artist).
Immeasurably More is scheduled as follows:
Fairview Presbyterian Church, Vancouver, July 16, 7 pm.
University Presbyterian Church, Seattle, July 17, 7 pm.
